A Wink to Akira
What makes Graft particularly exciting is its little Akira side, which I don't mind. For those who appreciate the aesthetic and narrative depth of Akira, this game seems to promise a similar experience, but with a modern twist and advanced technology.
The End of a World
Graft 's story takes us into what could be the end of the cyberpunk universe and, by extension, the end of humanity. The game takes place in a space station the size of a continent, a true artificial world that pushes transhumanism to its extreme limits. Imagine a place where nature no longer exists, where everything is artificial.
This station-planet is slowly falling into disrepair, entire sections of it are going dark and are swallowed up in the darkness. A darkness that is not entirely deserted, because it shelters creatures and secrets that no one really wants to encounter. The survivors of the station live in anticipation of their inevitable disappearance, in a world where energy and light are the most precious resources.
Breathtaking Artistic Direction
Graft 's art direction is incredible, promising to capture the essence of a decaying cyberpunk world with breathtaking visual beauty. It's the kind of setting that not only sets the mood for the game but also enriches every interaction and challenge the player encounters.
Unfortunately, like many good games that I'm excited about these days, Graft doesn't have a release date yet . We'll have to be patient, and I hate that.
Conclusion
Graft promises to be a memorable addition to the cyberpunk gaming universe, combining stunning aesthetics, deep storytelling, and innovative gameplay. Stay tuned for more information on this title that could very well redefine the genre.
See you tomorrow for more discoveries. Ciao!
